FTP Permissions

Hello. On the server I co-administrate, we have a couple problems with the FTP permissions. I would like it that all users can do whatever they wish with the directories they have been assigned. Instead, users who are supposed to have full access are only able to edit there own directories. We need certain people to be able to do everything as we have a support team that helps people with their sites. Please assist.

sounds like you want a unix group. restrict user A to permissons X , put user A in group B, restrict group to permissions Y.
