lightweight remote backup

Hello,

I'm looking for a lightweight (as in low memory/cpu usage, incremental,...) remote backup system.

I was first thinking about rsync but reading the FAQ (http://rsync.samba.org/FAQ.html#4) I didn't like this memory 'feature'.

Anybody using any other system?

hi Trogie, I am using rsync all over the place on our network, in rapid.*. the memory usage is never a problem. rsync is the best tool for file transfers, syncs, backups. you won't run into any resource problems.
