Cannot restart server

Hey Guys

I can't restart my servers from the RVPS control panel. Says server status unknown - contact support. And the server is down. Customers are yelling at me :-(

I did log a ticket, but my email address happens to be on that server so I can't receive any emails from the ticket system.

Havent had any other feedback from the support guys either.

Don't worry about losing tickets - when you login, you will see the replies within the RVPS panel.
